Refunds
Two different things can be refunded here, and they work differently: credits, which the system returns by itself, and money, which a person returns.
Credits come back automatically
Credits are spent the moment a job is released for work. If the job cannot start — the translation service is unreachable, the queue refuses it — the credits are returned to your balance in the same request. You do not need to ask, and there is nothing to claim.
If a job fails partway through, tell us. Partial failures are not refunded automatically because partial output is still delivered, but if what came back is not usable we will return the credits.
Money back on unused credits
- Within 14 days, unused credits are refundable in full. Email us from the address on the account.
- Credits already spent are not refundable, because the translation cost was incurred when the job ran.
- Refunds go back to the card that paid, through Stripe. Expect a few working days for it to appear.
If you are in the EU or UK, this does not affect your statutory rights.
Try it before you buy
Every account gets one free episode on sign-up, specifically so you can judge the output on your own material before paying for anything. We would rather you spent that credit and walked away than bought a pack you regret.
